Rushmore Regulators promote the enjoyment and education of Cowboy Action Shooting. We shoot "Old West" style firearms in a safe and fun manner that appeals to all ages worldwide. We are an affiliate club of the Single Action Shooting Society® and the Pete Lien & Sons Shooting Sports Complex.

Cowboy Action Shooting

Cowboy Action Shooting™ is a multi-faceted shooting sport in which contestants compete with firearms typical of those used in the taming of the Old West: single action revolvers, pistol caliber lever action rifles, and old time shotguns.

Single Action Shooting Society®

The Single Action Shooting Society® (SASS®) is an international membership organization formed in 1986 to preserve and promote the sport of Cowboy Action Shooting™. SASS serves as the governing and sanctioning body for the sport of Cowboy Action Shooting™ and Wild Bunch Action Shooting™ worldwide; ensuring safety and consistency in the sport.
